Purchase Policy
1. No Refunds All purchases for online coaching, fitness app access, in-person training, and group classes are final. No refunds will be issued for unused sessions, missed classes, or early cancellations.
2. Exceptions
Refunds or adjustments may only be considered in the following cases:
A billing error on our part.
A verified medical condition preventing participation (doctor’s note required).
If a service is canceled by us without an alternative option.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Group Classes: Must be canceled at least 6 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid being charged. Late cancellations or no-shows will be forfeited and charged.
In-Person Training Sessions: Must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will be forfeited and charged.
Online Coaching & App Access: No refunds, but memberships may be paused for up to 3 months with prior notice.
4. Chargeback Policy
Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed. If you have concerns about your purchase, please contact us first at ADSFITNESS@GMAIL.COM.
